Returns & Refunds Policy

Swissikon Promise

Swissikon strives for your complete satisfaction with every backpack. If you are not happy with your purchase, returns and refunds are available with the following terms.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
  • Final sale and custom-made items are not eligible for return.

How To Return

  1. Email us at swissikonbag@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions by email.
  3. Pack your items securely in original packaging, include RA number and proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspection.
  • Store credit or exchanges for equal value are available as an option.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Discounted/back-to-school sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.
  • Defective or damaged products eligible for full refund or replacement email with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
